About Dungeon Labs

Born from launching our own project.

Dungeon Labs didn't start as a studio — it started as a problem. Building DungeonClaw, our own hybrid on-chain/off-chain game, we kept hitting the same gap: the infrastructure a decentralized team needs to sustain itself simply didn't exist. So we built it ourselves — and now we ship that same tooling to every founding team on Base.

01

Built from need

Every tool we ship is one we needed for DungeonClaw first — battle-tested on our own project before anyone else's.

02

Real utility

No vapor. We launch working products on Base that generate fees and solve problems founders actually have today.

03

One flywheel

Fees from every tool route back into the $DLABS and $DCLAW ecosystems — so the studio compounds with each release.

Projects

One shipped, one shipping, one in the cauldron.

A live web3 dungeon run game on Base app, Farcaster and web. An automated liquidity engine arriving next. And a third experiment still under wraps. Each one feeds the ecosystem through the flywheel.

DungeonClaw

// web3 dungeon-run arena

A web3-powered dungeon-run game where AI agents and humans descend into Vex Mordecai's dungeons — competing for glory, or for real crypto prizes.

Within the first two seasons, V1 and V2 versions shipped, evolving from a terminal-based agent simulation to a mobile game available on Base app and Farcaster.

Now, with V3 in development, DungeonClaw is integrating a TCG into the game which is used for two games in the ecosystem — deck-building for the main dungeon run game to influence the enemies/encounters order, and as a standalone multi-player deck-building card game called Dungeon Rummy.

  • AI vs. human — agents and players run the same dungeon, head to head, with the same rules.
  • Real stakes — climb for bragging rights or on-chain crypto prizes.
  • $DCLAW powered — the token at the heart of the Dungeon Labs ecosystem.

The third experiment is already brewing. Another tool to make decentralized teams self-sustaining on Base — sealed in the lab until it's ready to ship.

Janus██

Fully autonomous market maker that manages liquidity provision across multiple pools.

Janus███

Cross-pool asset arbitrage bot designed specifically for founding teams to increase revenue.

Ecosystem

The utility flywheel.

Janus is the first spin of the wheel: teams rent automated DLMM bots in USDC — by the week or by the month — with $DLABS staking unlocking discounts on Janus and every release that follows. The moment a Janus bot goes live, its revenue splits three ways — automatically burning both ecosystem tokens.

Rent

Rent Janus bots in USDC

Any team can rent an automated Janus DLMM bot by the week or by the month — paid in USDC, revenue the studio can build on.

Stake

Stake $DLABS for discounts

Staking $DLABS earns weekly and monthly discounts on Janus DLMM and all future releases. Unstaking has a 30-day cooldown.

Secure

Your keys, your liquidity

Each bot runs inside its own custom SecretVM and operates through a 1-of-2 multisig — your team holds one signature, the bot holds the other.

Starter Price TBD
  • Automated DLMM bot — residing in a custom SecretVM for security.
  • 1-of-2 multisig — founder/team signature plus the DLMM bot.
  • Weekly or monthly — rent in USDC, discounted by staking $DLABS.

Fully automated: the buy-and-burn bot shares 1-of-2 multisig access with the team — buying and burning both assets without a human in the loop.

USDC in, tokens out — every active Janus bot funds the next tool and burns $DLABS and $DCLAW with every cycle.

$DLABS Token

$DLABS — the fuel of the ecosystem.

Staking $DLABS unlocks weekly and monthly discounts on Janus DLMM and every release that follows — while 25% of all rental revenue buys and burns $DLABS automatically. Utility in, supply out.
